Staying in shape is arguably one of the most challenging life tasks there is.

Truth is, nothing or no one will be perfect 100% of the time. However, we can find peace in striving to be the best version of ourselves, IF we dedicate ourselves to do the work, daily.
This book couldn’t have come at a better time in my life. Mentally, I was experiencing significant changes in my life, and despite all my accolades and life successes, I felt stifled and complacent. Working on this book helped me work through all that I was feeling.
