Staying in shape is arguably one of the most challenging life tasks there is.

We all work so hard to look our best 100% of the time. “Eat healthy”, “workout everyday”, use tools such as fad diets, waist trainers and surgery to have a “perfect body” and “enhance our beauty.” Society tells us all these same lame beliefs. Truth is, nothing or no one will be perfect 100% of the time. However, we can find peace in striving to be the best version of ourselves, IF we dedicate ourselves to do the work, daily.

This book couldn’t have come at a better time in my life. Mentally, I was experiencing significant changes in my life, and despite all my accolades and life successes, I felt stifled and complacent. Working on this book helped me work through all that I was feeling.

You see, cooking has always been a part of my upbringing and continues to help guide, build and nurture relationships. I’ve also known that it is necessary to implement a balanced workout to go along with balanced meals. Classiq Cooking shares techniques and tips on how to do that.

It took me a while to truly live by this practice, but once I started balancing my life with the things that truly make me feel good and gifting my body with healthy attention, I started discovering my best self. This practice has made me realize why it is so important that we strive each day to be the best version of ourselves and to create a guilt-free atmosphere while doing it. So lastly, I dedicate this book to you; the person who struggles every day to be a better version of themselves than they were yesterday.
